It is rare but not unheard of that a movie comes along and my entire family is excited to head off to the theaters opening weekend to see. Wonder Park is that movie. The one that had previews that left all of us giggling and ready for more. There was an emotional connection to myself as a mom watching my children grow up and out of the things we once did together. Just like June’s when creating Wonder Park with her parents. Then the outburt of laughter as Boomer and Steve were introduced. It was hard not to wish to see the film right then.

Now we are here, OPENING DAY! While we may not be able to call a sick day in and see Wonder Park right now, we will all be bouncing in our seats tomorrow to catch the first late morning show. I have already been asked more than three times if there is a real Wonder Park and can I take them there this summer. Now wouldn’t that be amazing?!?

Since we can only whisk ourselves away to play with June and the Wonder Park animals in our imagination, I needed to come a plan to help keep the anxious excitement at bay. The answer: the Wonder Park Magic Coloring Book and other fun activities & games! Through free coloring pages, a mobile game and more, Elliot (our youngest) is now engaged in playtime and giving mom a chance to rest up for the big family movie day tomorrow.
