So, you’ve made your cupcakes, here’s what you need to top them all off: Chocolate frosting, 3 oval shortbread cookies, 6 -10 candy corn pieces, white icing, black writing icing and red fruit leather. All you have to do now is spread the chocolate frosting over the top of the cupcake and stick on cookies to create a head and two wings. Press down a row or two of candy corn to create tail feathers. Use a tiny dot of white icing to make an eye and dot it with black writing icing for a pupil. Make the beak by cutting off the white tip of candy corn and pressing it in place and cut a 1 inch square of the red fruit leather to create a wattle by rolling it in a tube and placing it over the beak.
