Being a working Mom, it’s sometimes hard to find a good effective workout to fit into my schedule. Sara Haley’s Sweat Unlimited had me covered. There are workouts ranging in time from 5 – 45 minutes so there’s basically something for everyone no matter your schedule.
Sweat Unlimited includes four different workouts, a bonus stretch routine, and a mix and match option menu.
Sweat Extreme 5 is meant to Trigger, Tone, and Tighten. It’s 5 minutes of Sara’s most effective and energizing exercises. Sweat Strength 15 is meant to burn baby burn! It’s a 15 minute workout that keeps your heart rate up and your muscles burning. Sweat Cardio 30 is my favorite! It’s a pop rock and drop routine. It’s 30 minutes of fat burning cardio drills consisting of moves inspired by the dance club, rock and roll and break dancing plus a warm up and cool down. Sweat Box 45 is next in line on my list of favorites. It’s 45 minutes of Tabata-Inspired intervals that alternate between boxing drills and core exercises to give you metabolic burn and core blast.
The bonus stretch routine was important to me afterwards because it is meant to reach, relax and rejuvenate. It’s 5 minutes to breathe, stretch, and relax while focusing on decreasing muscle soreness.

This routine will definitely be something I can follow along with. The dancing and boxing routines kept my interest and made it easier for me to continue the workout. There is also no equipment to use which really helped me because of my limited workout space. For once I can honestly say that I look forward to working out. It has been a few years since I have been to the gym so I thought I would struggle some with starting this DVD but it was much easier than I thought. Sara is a great motivator!
