Thanks to Wearever Incontinence for providing me with their Quilted Plaid Mattress Pad free of charge to base my honest review.
Wearever Incontinence has several different products available. We chose the incontinence mattress pad. It was originally for Grandma but we found out very quick that the mattress pad would work wonders during potty training. Since coming out of the pull ups for good, we would typically throw a few extra blankets on the bed to protect the mattress because the plastic was much to noisy and I’d assume uncomfortable. The Quilted Plaid Incontinence Mattress Pad measures 34×36 and pretty much covered the entire toddler bed. That worked great because she may go to bed with her head at one end and wake up with it at the other end so the pad had us completely covered.
The waterproof backing protects your furniture from wetness
In turn making potty training much easier.
The fabric color is versatile, it seems to match things pretty well, although as you can see from her outfit, matching isn’t really a priority. The pad wasn’t itchy or aggravating for her. She just assumed it was another blanket. After an accident this night, the mattress and underlying sheet was still dry making laundry much less of a chore. The material is an 80% cotton outer layer with a 20% Unique-Dri inner core that can be washed and dried up to 200 times! We are extremely pleased with the mattress pad. Whether your pad is for young or old, it definitely does it’s job.
Wearever also carries incontinence panties, bibs and Buster Brown socks for those with poor circulation, easily irritated skin, or diabetes. As you can see the panties are stylish. Not something you’d expect for an incontinence product.
