Pecan Bars Recipe #CookwithSpreads

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Unilever.

Confession: For years I have been terrified of the kitchen. I was a self-proclaimed horrible cook for the first several years of my marriage. If it didn’t come from a box or can, it didn’t get made. Then not long ago we started looking at ways to improve our lifestyle and save a little money along the way. One of the methods that have proven to be the most successful was my cooking most if not all meals for my family from scratch. Yes, it takes time and patience {something I am short on}, but the rewards are so great. Seeing my family all sit down together and enjoy a meal at the table knowing it was made of my own hand is just euphoric.

Food and family truly come together in Crock Country by helping make good habits more delicious. Both I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!, Country Crock spread also has 70% less saturated fat than butter and 30% fewer calories. Both I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! and Country Crock are available at Walmart, they are budget priced and when cooking with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter, I really cannot tell the difference in it’s flavor vs real butter. My family and I have been very happy with the changes and hope that you will consider a few along the way.

Remember small steps to a healthier lifestyle. Small steps…
