WiseDecor is a small family-owned business, operating with high integrity standards on the web since 2003. Their custom decals are a unique way to finish any room. Each decal is custom made in their Greensboro, NC. The decals are made from a durable resin material without any clear film on or around your design.
I had the opportunity to work with WiseDecor and review a decal of my choice. I chose the “In This House Rules” decal for review. The decal is perfect for a family room. I wanted a change to my family room but I didn’t want the hassle of painting so a wall decal was a perfect substitution!
My decal came pre-spaced so I didn’t have the stress of making sure everything was even. WiseDecor has many decals to choose from, or, you can custom make your own! With over 40 different colors to choose from, there’s sure to be something to fit anyone’s needs.
One thing I really like about WiseDecor is that they can send you a color swatch from your chosen color before you order your decal. Nothing would be more disappointing than to receive a decal that you love but the color to be off. This is definitely a service I would take advantage of. WiseDecor decals are also removable. So if you happen to have a change of heart and want to remove it, simply get a grip on the corner of each letter using your fingernail or tweezers and gently pull off the lettering.(If you’ve had the lettering on the wall for a long period of time, you can soften them up by using a hair dryer.)
I placed my decal on my glass front door. I wanted it to be visible to anyone who was coming into my home. Application took less than 10 minutes from start to finish with the plastic squeegee that came with the decal. One thing I loved about the application was that there was no clear plastic film attached to the decal. I have worked with these types of decals and to say it was a huge mess to both the decal and my wall is an understatement.
