Sometimes we forget about the lighter options over the original favorite, the all American burger, but crab cakes are a great healthy alternative to the traditional. You can eat them with or without a bun and serve as a meal with a side of salad or even homemade sweet potato fries.
Summer Crab Cakes
- 10oz crab
- 3 tbsp. Olive oil mayo
- 1 tbsp. Finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp. Green onions
- 1-2 tsp. Siracha
- 1/4-1/2 c Panko
- 1 egg
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Form into even size patties
- Pan sear in coconut or olive oil for gold crust on low heat
