Recipe: Summer Crab Cakes

Sometimes we forget about the lighter options over the original favorite, the all American burger, but crab cakes are a great healthy alternative to the traditional. You can eat them with or without a bun and serve as a meal with a side of salad or even homemade sweet potato fries.

Summer Crab Cakes

Ingredients:

  • 10oz crab
  • 3 tbsp. Olive oil mayo
  • 1 tbsp. Finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp. Green onions
  • 1-2 tsp. Siracha
  • 1/4-1/2 c Panko
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Form into even size patties
  3. Pan sear in coconut or olive oil for gold crust on low heat
