Celebrating Motherhood with #FreeToBe Kids

Many thanks all free clear for sponsoring today’s celebrating motherhood story and encouraging me to all free clear!

You know that moment when you are just so sick of doing laundry that you actually consider tossing it all in the trash? It’s okay to admit it. In fact, many especially moms feel this was all too often. This feeling is one of the largest reasons I support the all mighty pac and #freetobe campaign. Who knew that once you let go and allow your children to take charge of their own laundry, life could be so much simpler?

The steps to celebrating motherhood with #freetobe kids:

Step 1. Acceptance in that you cannot change their dressing habits. Clothes will be changes too often or not often enough. They will be thrown on the floor more often than in the hamper we as parents, so sweetly provided to them to make laundry day easier.

Step 2. Let go of the emotions you are feeling when you see the laundry mess in their room. They will wash them eventually or will be forced to wear dirty clothes until they do.

Step 3. Breathe deep and count to 10, when they fail to follow the washing rules: colors with colors, whites with whites and linens don’t mix with anything else. It will all work out in the end. Plus, who knows color stains on white maybe the next big trend.

Step 4. Teach them with love. Now, I know this is the hardest one. Don’t get me wrong, I, like you, love my children with everything I am. However, my patience tends to be limited on the I told you this how many times rule.

That last important step is why I am a strong supporter of all free clear mighty pacs. These are ideally designed for the laundry challenged. Add clothes, toss in a single pac and wash. It couldn’t be any easier. In fact, using the pacs made doing laundry even possible for my 9 and 10 year old daughters.
