Easy BLT Pizza Recipe

If you love bacon and you’re looking for a quick and easy lunch or dinner this easy BLT pizza is perfect. It only takes a few minutes to make using store bought Naan bread and most of the ingredients you probably already have in the fridge.

BLT Pizza

  1. 1 2ct. package of Naan bread
  2. ½ C. mayo
  3. ½ C. tomato, chopped
  4. ½ C. lettuce, chopped
  5. 6-8 slices of bacon, cooked and cut into small pieces

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Cook 6-8 slices of bacon in the oven and set aside to cook. See how to cook bacon in the oven for tips on getting it just right!

Place the 2 Naan breads on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes. I used the Stonefire brand which is available at most major retailers in the deli section. You want to crisp the bread up a bit prior to baking. Do not over bake as you do not want it to burn.

Remove prepared Naan bread from the oven and let cool.

Using a large spoon, spread about ¼ cup of mayo onto each Naan bread. You can always use a little more or a little less if you like. If mayo is not your thing, you can substitute cream cheese. Top with a little salt and pepper for taste.

Next, add an ample amount of lettuce and tomatoes to your naan bread. The more the merrier.

Top with bacon, bacon and more bacon. This is by far our favorite part of the recipe and what makes it such a delight eat.

Cut your BLT Pizza into four pieces and serve. *Makes approximately 4 servings.
