3-Step Cheese Grits Bring Something Special to Your Holiday Meal #CheeseLove

I’m a southern girl at heart; raised on 15 acres of land where we fished, raised chickens and grew our own vegetables from garden to table. Cheese grits are a true Southern dish that is served aside of everything from traditional breakfast feasts to Cajun Shrimp and Grits. Our 3-Step Cheddar Cheese Grits made with Crystal Farms® Sharp Cheddar so delectable it will leave them swearing by the sweet tea they love so dear!

Go ahead and preheat your oven to 350 to ensure proper cooking. Then, bring the milk to a boil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Milk WILL BURN if you are not careful; so do not get distracted. Once it begins to boil, whisk in butter till melted and then the grits. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer, whisking often for 5 to 7 minutes or until grits are done.
