2 Ingredient Pineapple Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 box Angel Food Cake mix
  • 20 oz Crushed Pineapple with Juice

Pineapple Cake Ingredients

Directions:

  1. Move oven rack to lowest level and preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine the ingredients in a bowl (do not overmix).
  3. Grease a bundt pan.
  4. Pour into prepared bundt pan.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool 10 mins in pan.
  7. You may need to use a spatula to loosen from bundt pan before inverting.
  8. Allow to finish cooling after removing from pan.
