Raspberry M&M Bark

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag pink candy melts
  • ½ teaspoon raspberry extract
  • 1 cup Raspberry M&M’s

Directions:

  1. Spread a piece of parchment paper out on a cookie sheet.
  2. Add the candy melts to a small bowl and microwave according to the instructions on the package.  Add the extract and stir thoroughly.
  3. Once the candy melts are smooth, spread it out on the parchment paper so that it is about 1/4-1/2 inch thick. Add the M&M’s to the top of the chocolate. (You can find Raspberry M&M’s in the candy aisle at Target or Wal-Mart).
  4. Refrigerate until the chocolate is hard – at least 1 hour. Break the chocolate into pieces with your hands (some of the topping will fall off, but that’s ok). Package into festive containers or bags.

I think the Raspberry Bark would be perfect for taking to my sons class for a Valentine’s Treat. I could put it cute little Valentine baggies too.

Raspberry M&Ms?! I must be living under a rock because I’ve never heard of or seen them. I want to make this bark so I’ll go on a hunt!

The raspberry M&M’s sound really good, I’ve never heard of them before. Also raspberry bark would be great too. Thanks for the recipe, I’m going to have to find some of those raspberry M&M’s since M&M’s are my favorite candy and raspberry is one of my favorites too.

Well it certainly looks good, but I wonder what it taste like. I feel so odd when I make comments, cause you have to read so many of them and you really dont know who is just saying what to get points, or if they really mean what they are saying! Well my heart goes out to ya, and I really mean what I am saying. Not sure if I am gonna try this M&M cause I am scared of what I dont know lol

That is kinda the fun of it though, Laura. We never know what something tastes like until we try it. Of course, I hope you will sometime and come back and tell us what you think of it.

These look absolutely deliscious. I must say, I love when the topping falls off when while you are breaking it into pieces, gives me an excuse to eat some 😉

I like raspberry. I’m not too sure about the taste. I may try it. I pin so many things, I rarely have time to try any of them.

I wasn’t exactly sure what Bark candy was like until now. I’m glad to see such an easy recipe. Sounds like a lot of fun to make and enjoy. I wouldn’t exactly turn down one of those Pink chocolate Covered Oreos either.
