These cookies look so good, unfortunately no one in my house likes peanut butter except me and I can’t eat chocolate! My all time favorite cookie is brown sugar cookies, they are very much like regular sugar cookies only not as sweet and with a richer taste. My husband absolutely loves my spice cookies,he and my step daughter will sit and eat a couple dozen straight from the oven. I recall one time when I made some and i made five dozen cookies, it was the first time I’d make them for them and I ate two or three cookies when I was making them but the next morning, the two containers that I had put them in were nearly empty. There were literally less than a dozen left. They loved them so much they nearly made themselves sick off of them. My hubby said it was the best cookie he had ever had in his life…. I don’t eat store bought cookies at all and I have spoiled my hubby into being the same way, he now things chips a hoy and other store cookies are kinda gross. lol. This would come in handy. I had a kitchen aid that I used so much the motor finally burned out in it,….I’d absolutely love to have another, I’d use it all the time. There are so many things I don’t make because all I currently have is a hand mixer. Thanks for the chance to win and I’ll find an occassion to make these wonderful cookies of yours for someone….

I have to say that I would’ve never considered cookies with coffee, not much of a coffee drinker, but it does sound like something I’ll have to try just to mix it up from the cookies and milk thing. Do you think that cookies can be for breakfast?
BTW: My favorite cookie is a traditional chocolate chip but I’d prefer the chocolate chunks instead of chips.
