Grilled Salmon Wrap with Tzatziki Sauce Recipe

Looking for some unique to bring to the dinner table? Maybe a smaller intimate meal for two. I have just the thing. Not to mention it is quick and easy to recreate. Putting a new twist on your typical salmon.

Grilled Salmon Wrap with Tzatziki Sauce

Salmon

  • 1 pkg. Gorton’s lemon butter salmon fillets

Tzatziki Sauce

  •  1 ½ Cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Cucumber peeled and small diced
  • 1 Tbsp. Dried Dill
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • ¾ teas Salt
  • ¼ teas pepper

Wrap

  • 4 Flour tortillas
  • 1 Roma tomato seeded and diced
  • ¼ yellow onion diced
  • 1 pkg. Feta cheese
  • Several iceberg lettuce leaves torn length wise in 1 in. strips

  1. Cook Salmon fillets according to Package directions.
  2. When done cut each fillet length wise into four long pieces.
  3. While it is cooking make sauce.

Tzatziki Sauce

  1. In medium bowl mix all ingredients well.
  2. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Refrigerate until salmon is done cooking.

  1. Warm tortillas in microwave 2 at a time approximately 15 seconds.
  2. Place 3-4 lettuce leaf strips onto each tortilla.
  3. Spread 2 Tbsp. of sauce on top of lettuce.
  4. Place two of the salmon quarters on each tortilla end to end.
  5. Put tomato, onion and feta cheese on the side and add to your personal taste.

    I’d just make the tzatziki the night before so the flavors can mingle.

    I would be happy to give this salmon dish a try. I’m not fond of lemon a lot on fish but I am interested in the Tzatziki Sauce. I think I might like this dish a lot. And, its quick prepare. Win-Win.

    love that this is a healthier option! The Tzatziki Sauce sounds so good, love that it calls for greek yogurt. I would have to add spinach to my wrap.
