Chocolate Peanut Butter Biscuits


  • 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup biscuit/baking mix
  • 1/5 cup semisweet chocolate chips


  1. Beat the milk, peanut butter and vanilla until smooth in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add biscuit mix just until blended.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2″ apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
  6. Cool and enjoy!

  9. I think these will be easier for me to make than chocolate chip cookies. My cookies are either too crispy (burnt) or too mushy in the middle.
