Chocolate Peanut Butter Biscuits


  • 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup biscuit/baking mix
  • 1/5 cup semisweet chocolate chips


  1. Beat the milk, peanut butter and vanilla until smooth in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add biscuit mix just until blended.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2″ apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
  6. Cool and enjoy!

    I think these will be easier for me to make than chocolate chip cookies. My cookies are either too crispy (burnt) or too mushy in the middle.

    I’m thinking this sounds much more “controlable” than chocolate chip peanut butter cookies…. You know how you can eat one cookie and then another and so on? Biscuits fill you up better… hoping this could be a one and done thing. :) Thanks for the recipe!

    Wow, what a cool twist on original biscuits! They look so delicious! And like cookies, but I imagine being biscuits they are more soft and have that yummy flaky texture!     At first I didn’t believe a biscuit such as this one would be that good. Then I saw the ingredients! The sweetened condensed milk sold me right away. Now I want to make this recipe for sure.
